This is a break down of services that happen throughout the year. Please see the scope of work for our process. 

This schedule is to help you better understand for the services you are receiving.

January - (1 Visit)

• Prune ornamental trees, flowers and grasses

• Trim shrubs

• Mow, edge, blow

• Bed maintenance - Weed beds, spray if needed, crack weeds

February - (1 Visit)

• Mulch installation - Pine mulch only 

• Bed maintenance - Weed beds, spray if needed, crack weeds

​

March - (2 Visit)

• Scalp first 2 weeks - cut the lawn 1 1/2” to 2” inches low. Cut in a few different directions 

• First cut 2 weeks after scalp

• Bed maintenance - Weed beds, spray if needed, crack weeds

April - (2 Visits)

• Mow, edge, weed eat, blow

• Trim shrubs

• Bed maintenance - Weed beds, spray if needed, crack weeds

May - October - (Weekly Visits Each Month)

• Mow, edge, weed eat, blow

• Trim shrubs

• Bed maintenance - Weed beds, spray if needed, crack weeds

November - (Weekly Visits)

• Mow, edge, weed eat as needed 

• Blow weekly 

• Trim shrubs as needed

• Bed maintenance  - Weed beds, spray if needed, crack weeds

• Leaf Clean up - yard and beds weekly

December  - ( 2 Visits)

• Mow, edge, weed eat as needed

• Blow each visit

• Bed maintenance  - Weed beds, spray if needed, crack weeds

• Leaf Clean up - yard and beds each visit

Description of Services:

• Mowing Includes: mow, edge, weed eat and blow

• Leaf Cleanup starts November 1st - December 31st

• Dead Head Flowers - Throughout Year - Roses, Day Lilies 

• Ant Mound Removal - Within Beds and Lawn 

• Weed Beds & All Cracks - Remove weeds from all landscape beds and all cracks 

• Trash Pickup - Within the lawn and beds as we visit property

• Shrub Trimming - As Needed Monthly

• Scalping - Cut the grass down to about 1 - 2 inches low 

• Prune Ornamental Grasses & Trees - Monkey grass, pompous grass, day lilies, crapes, etc 

• Trim Low Limbs - Lopper size only, low limbs that interrupt the crews from doing their job 

• Mulch - All landscape beds will be mulched in February with pine mulch

1. Flowers

3. Sprinkler System 

• • Winterize - Shut the main water valve off and blow out all lines - October               

  • Startup - Turn main water valve back on and adjust all heads - April
